Praise for Poppy.

Her sister may be one of the world's most sought after model turned actresses, but Poppy Delevingne is certainly out to impress in the style stakes with amazing look after amazing look. All my girl friends must have serious wardrobe envy, and I must add that I do too.

Last night, Poppy hit the red carpet for the New York premiere of sister Cara's movie Paper Towns in a Dolce & Gabbana floral mini dress and red stilettos by Aquazurra. She topped the ensemble off with a cold crown by Jennifer Behr. You'd think it'd be hard to stand out with Cara's model friends Karlie Kloss, Joan Smalls and Lily Donaldson in attendance, but Poppy certainly held her own!

Admittedly with a body like hers, most outfits look impeccable. However, Poppy takes fashion risks and that's what helps her stand out from many of her fellow fashionistas. At the recent Serpentine Gallery summer party in London, Poppy chose a semi-sheer AW15 Christopher Kane dress accompanied by gothic makeup - not something many women can pull off. Her husband, James Cook, didn't look too bad on her arm either!

She's no stranger to Chanel Haute Couture, in fact she chose the French fashion house to design her custom wedding dress. At this year's Cannes Film Festival, as well as a stunning forest green Burberry gown, Poppy also wore a striking floral embroidered dress from Chanel's Spring/Summer 2013 collection.

Being invited to the Met Gala is one of the fashion industry's biggest coos, and this year Poppy made quite the entrance in a sweeping scarlet evening gown by Marchesa. As the dress had such an impact, her hair and makeup were fairly neutral - the perfect accompaniment.

In my eyes, Poppy has well and truly stepped out of her younger sister's shadow. Her looks be it on or off the red carpet are always on point and she rarely misses the mark with her hair and make-up. Props to you Ms. Delevingne - you're looking sensational!
